Client Payment & Project Policy

TB Designs and Services LLC is committed to clear pricing, defined project scopes, and professional communication throughout every client project.
Deposits
A project deposit is required before work begins unless otherwise stated in writing. The amount and payment schedule will be provided in the client's proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Final Payment
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the remaining project balance becomes due when the agreed scope has been substantially completed and presented to the client for final review.
Minor included revisions or delays caused by outstanding client-provided materials, approvals, access, information, or other dependencies do not indefinitely postpone payment for completed work.
Client-Requested Changes
Work that materially expands the original scope—including additional pages, profiles, services, features, integrations, redesigns, or revisions beyond those included—may require an additional quote or change order.
No additional chargeable work will be performed without communicating the change to the client.
Client Delays
Clients are responsible for providing requested content, images, account access, approvals, and other project materials within a reasonable timeframe.
If completion is delayed because required client materials or approvals have not been provided, TB Designs and Services LLC may complete all work reasonably possible and place the project on hold until the remaining information is received.
Overdue Accounts
Future revisions, maintenance, support, consultations, or additional services may be paused while an account has an overdue balance.
Amounts properly due for completed services remain payable even if additional future work is paused.
Project Handoff
Where applicable, final project files and other agreed handoff materials are provided according to the payment and delivery terms stated in the client's individual service agreement.
Questions or Billing Disputes
Clients who believe an invoice contains an error should contact TB Designs and Services LLC promptly so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
